Our Annual Conference and General Meeting is taking place on May 2, 2024 at the Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites Hotel. Come meet the current Pionairs Executives, Directors and various committee members who are working hard behind the scenes to obtain the best possible results for the benefit of all our members. Johnson/belairdirect Insurance, Manulife, and Dreams Take Flight representatives will be on hand outside the ballroom to provide information and answer your questions.
In addition to the meeting, there will be a free optional "Meet & Greet" cocktail party at the hotel the evening before from 5:00 - 6:30 pm for those members wishing to attend. You will have a chance to meet the National Executive as well as the Directors from other cities. Your registration form will give you a spot to indicate if you will be attending it as well.

- 0830-0930: Registration
- 0930-1230: Pionairs & Air Canada information sessions; question period
- 0930-1230: Live Streaming
- 12:30-1350: Luncheon
- 1400-1500: Pionairs Annual General Meeting
